Farkas's transformation ctd

In the Proving Honour quest ,when farkas transform in to werewolf it crashes.

 

My question is: Can cause crash in this quest if i use nasty critter mesh? Like in potema quest if i use different replacer of jarl clothing it crashes.

Did you have a mod which changes something on male werewolf model? If some mod ad something to the model or replace something (like a schlong for example) and you don´t have a fitting skeleton, this could be the cause.

 

Since the game usually crashes on start while missing a skeleton, it could also be possible, that another mod is missing. Try running TESEDIT to check, if something is missing or in the wrong load order.

As Mart0206 has said, a mesh/Skeleton conflict could cause the crash. I have not had a problem with More Nasty Critters by itself.

I used console commands to get complete the quest and no crashes at the circle scene and my transformation.

It seems not the werewolf the problem.Something with the companions or the Silverhand.

I am getting this crash too, but I decided to install textures for male werewolves in case that was it. It still crashes. Since I don't crash on startup I know it isn't a skeleton. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this?

Forget my last post, I figured it out. I installed hdt_Werewolves and werewolves by erundil, no crashes anymore.

I have the same crash issue. Out of curiosity, what console commands did you use to work around it?

If you use SoS it may be its werewolf skeleton got overridden.
