You probably also know the wet body texture packs. But.. hm... no, never seen a mod that does something like that. I imagine it would be comparable to the male effect - meaning a texture overlay for female characters that blends over the body and disappears after a period of time. I'm throwing rocks here, but I guess it shouldn't be much of a problem to change the "bukakke" texture into something more transparent, that gets visible under a different effect (controlled by the arousal level). But, who am I but a troublemaker.
