There is sexlab aroused, im not sure what you are specifically looking for though?

There are of course the climax effects for male and female characters. You probably also know the wet body texture packs. But.. hm... no, never seen a mod that does something like that. I imagine it would be comparable to the male effect - meaning a texture overlay for female characters that blends over the body and disappears after a period of time.

 

I'm throwing rocks here, but I guess it shouldn't be much of a problem to change the "bukakke" texture into something more transparent, that gets visible under a different effect (controlled by the arousal level). But, who am I but a troublemaker.
