Adding animations to SexLab

Hi

 

I've added(as in replaced) a pair test animation to SexLab but of course the animations aren't aligned right(several feet discrepency). What do I have to do to my animations for proper alignment? It looks good in 3ds max and all other SexLab animations work fine. Is there an external offset file I need to adjust?

 

Additionally, is there a sound fade option in SL somewhere? Whereby if the camera is farther away, the sounds will fade. As is, sounds are constant no matter the distance.
