it may be that I'm downloading manually instead of finding the omods..I did that before where I just got those and created the omod in the mod manager, but the ones I'm finding won't let me do that x.x;

Have you done all things I told you in the other threads ? archive invalidate in Oblivion Modmanager, game not installed in C:program files...

If you have installed the working OMod http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/15802/? you have the HGEC textures you need and you have a Body in data\meshes\characters\_male.

 

If you want another Body you unpack the other Body Mod, copy the meshes (femalefoot.nif, femalehand.nif, femalelowerbody.nif, femaleupperbody.nif) in your game Folder data\meshes\characters\_male . It overwrites the Body from the "HGEC Body v1dot21 " Mod.

Some HGEC Body Mods only have upper and lower Body, so they use the Hand and foot nif you already have in your _male Folder. And you have the textures you need from the "HGEC Body v1dot21 " Mod.

 

You can create a OMod. Create in a empty Folder a Folder "meshes" with subfolders \characters\_male ( so you have   meshes\characters\_male  )

In the _male Folder you place the femalefoot.nif, femalehand.nif, femalelowerbody.nif, femaleupperbody.nif

In OblivionModManager you click "create" then in the new window "Add Folder" then you choose the empty Folder ( not the meshes Folder ! )

Add a Name. (e.g. K Cup Manga)  then click "create omod"

If the OMod is ready activate the OMod

 

! If you unpack a Mod and there in a data Folder (data\meshes\characters\_male  ) you must choose the data Folder in the Modmanager ("Add Folder") not the Folder with the Mod Name ( Manga Body\data\meshes\characters\_male ) or you have a data Folder in your data Folder and the Mod does not work ! ( in your game Folder would be data\data\meshes\characters\_male   and your game can not find the Body files)

Yes I did all that but it still doesn't come up in game..I read the readme files and everything. It's so weird.

Okay so umm, it tells me to run oblivion through steam to get OBSE loader to work, but when I do there's no indication that it's running x.x;

Do you use DVD or steam Oblivion

OBSE

NO steam

Copy obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, obse_loader.exe and the Data folder to your Oblivion directory. This is usually in your Program Files folder, and should contain files called "Oblivion.exe" and "OblivionLauncher.exe".
Run oblivion by running obse_loader.exe from the Oblivion Directory.

 

STEAM Version

1.Copy obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, obse_steam_loader.dll and the Data folder  to your Oblivion directory.
2. Ensure you have enabled the Steam community in-game, or OBSE will fail to load. Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game and check the box marked "Enable Steam Community In-Game".
3. Launch Oblivion via Steam or by running Oblivion.exe. OBSE will automatically be run along with Oblivion when launched.

 

! So you have no obse_loader.exe  when you use steam !

 

And if you have your game/steam still in "C:\Program File it could be that OBSE didn't work !

And mentioned in another thread hongfire. You know you can not use Lovers Mods from hongfire with Lovers Mods from LL.  Different Lovers Systems!  do not work together ! You only  hongfire or only Loverslab Mod !

I got it working now, I'm still getting the vanilla body though..like the body mods don't show up in the loader/ manager, are they supposed to?

If you have a OMod you see it in the Oblivion Modmanger in the right window, but not in the left window because ther is not esp.

If you have copied the Body meshes in your game Folder manually do you see anything  in the Oblivion Modmanger of course.

 

Have you done all I told you ?

Oblivion and steam moved in another Folder ? no C: progran files ...  e.g. C:game of Icemoore\

Have you set archive invalidate via bsa Redirect in Oblivion Modmanager ? and have you check the Oblivion ini if there is the bsa Redirect entry ?

After you have installed the the Body Mod have you checked if the Body is in data\meshes\characters\_male ?

 

All Links and discription how to do it and which Folders you must check read all the threads you have made in the last days.

Here the K Cup Body you mentioned in another thread

O Mod file, unpack the 7z, put the "UMK Body Replacer,omod" in your OMod Folder, start Oblivion Mod manager, activate it. Let it overwrite the 4 Body meshes you have in data\meshes\characters\_male.

Do not deactivate your HGEC Body with BBB v1.12 Mod ! you need the HGEC textures !
