NWN Mod - Selena´s Secrets

For a long time, been working on a mod for Neverwinter; it has suffered a lot of changes, ups and downs and longs hiatus.

It is an strange mod, build with my own ideas and fetishes and far from the standard game, so I want to let you know first some things that can make you like or dislike it ;-p

 

* You will play Selena, a pregen char.

* The main fetish is incest, with the mains chars being her twin sister Sasha and her older brother Asram.

* It is a modern/fantasy mod, with a custom background and lore.

* An "Event" system to make a  house party or other erotic events to allow more variety.

* Selena can become pregnant and will give birth daughters.

* The mod does not use NWN gameplay; leveling, items, treasure, etc.

* It is basically a bunch of custom systems, crazy ideas, content, etc (mostly erotic), without a plot nor quests to play (at least at this moment).

* The mod is very small and is focused on two main detailed areas to show the systems; the Apartment and the Gardens of Play (for the fetish combat system).

 

I want to put a lot of dialogs, specially for the events but  my english is quite limited and bad (worse with englishporn ) so i will work on this as last thing to do.

As much as I would like to help you with English version, I'm not able to - mainly because I sux with using it ;D.

I also think this looks promising.  Though incest isn't a #1 fantasy on my list, I do have a few of those fantasies.  Tho mostly had 'em when I was younger.  Look forward to hearing more updates about this mod!  Good luck to you on this project and keep us updated.

Hello again!

 

I made some changes to the module; some major and some minors. While the background is more or less the same (Edren, the Shauril, etc), the "plot" is different; the mod will be less centered on sex (have no much sense on a game like NWN), and assumes that enough years had passed to become the characters more "mortals".

Other important aspect is the introduction of Selena´s daughter, Nala. I don´t know if any other mod have this feature, but I hope to make mine more unique and weird with this

 

More things... well, instead of days the module time is measured on weeks, but the gameplay is set on the weekend. After spending the day taking care of Nala, among other things Selena can choose, she can hang out to the night club.

This last thing is not totally implemented right now, as i´m toying with ideas, but i want to do it like a dating simulation.

A proof of concept for dating; depending on Selena´s look and other variables, she will attract different types of guys, from jerks to handsome and more XD.

as you said she can get pregnant, is that the daughter nala?

can she have more children?

if nala ages up, can u play her?

 

i think a saw a linage skill window in one of the screens, can you play with a very big family?

Yes, Nala is Selena and Asram daughter, but she not will grow up because it will take me 20 years more building the module lol.

Selena can have more children, but I think they will be capped at one.

The lineage skill was an idea for the Edren´s powers Selena have, not anything family related.

 

Anyway, I´m not sure what i´m making with this mod; sometimes I have and idea or see an interesting concept from other game, and feel the need to script it lol.

wow, you certainly went and remodelled NWN, It looks and feels more like sims now.

I really liked the wardrobe and makeup customising you've implemented.

I only went as far as the night club, so i dont know if there is any more content. but it looks promising.

You can return home after the night club, go to Selena´s bed room and a final dialog appears and end the game here. At first the idea was reloading the mod or starting the weekend, but it felt a bit abrupt so i´ve changed it to end the game.

 

Asides of taking care of Nala, you can choose enjoy some "morning fun" and play at the Gardens with Asram, mostly to show these systems, but only if Selena is not fertile (she is a smart girl afterall lol).

While it is quite linear, the mod have some dialog variations and other small random things to make it less repetitive.

Good job, a lot of content you implemented in NWN, all that models and textures looks a really good comparing with default. But one weird thing it's shadows, 'cause nwn using stencil shadows and implemented their using old technique, so for avoid this glitches models must be without opened edges. Try "stl check" modifier in 3ds max for example, it's show you all problems before exporting.

Fun module so far. Thanks for putting it up for us to check out. Do you want feedback beyond the obvious need to fix the spelling and grammar?  If so what kind? When I first read about this project I had a idea or two about what might work for what you seemed to be aiming at and now that I have played it, even just a little bit, it seems some of those ideas might be useful.

 

I don't want to write that up if it not really wanted though. And I know any bit of "ideas" from someone else reprents real work, chiefly, for you.

 

I know you were looking for a little help with dialogue for the pc and her daughter. I wasn't very sure I could be helpful in that regard but if I put my mind to it I could possibliy come up with some thoughts/dialogue. Having some idea of what is actually needed (sequence of events/secene) would be helpful in that regard.

 

Let me know if you want any input. Probably in a PM rather then here incase we end up going into details as that could be spoilerish if anything interests you, or could be helpful/useful to you.

A bit confused with it though. For one, I've not been able to meet Asram in the garden and now if I load a save it crashes.

My bad >_< I forgot to mention that you don´t need save the game. Just put selena.bic in the servervault folder, not the localvaul; and seems that I deleted the link to my blog also... here´s it is http://nwntaboo.blogspot.com.es/

 

The reason is that the module is/will be short, without any quest or anything that should need a save. Putting the .bic file in the servervault stores item´s int, and it is what I only need.

Almost all placeables are from the vault, I only made/remade a few that I needed. I have gmax and only can do simple things, enough for what I need, but I can look at those placeables and correct/disabled the shadows.

It´s a common thing on books/novels here, to separate characters´ words and actions/descriptions in the text; I can delete it if feels weird.

I would be eternally grateful for your help! First thing wanted is fix the grammar! I will pm you, but in regards with Selena and Nala, I just want random lines of text for their scenes (waking up from bed, the lessons, playing with the makeup, etc).

If you look at the dialogs with the Aurora, you will see what I mean.

The game already has a method of differentiating between dialogue and actions so there's no real need to add yet another method of doing so. I also noticed that the new versions of the character menus look like they should scroll, but don't.

He means it's just rule in his language and he used to use it, so why not, it's looks not bad anyway.

Don't worry about it, still can disable shadows in settings, thought you made models by self, remodeling them take a lot of time so better spent it on story/quests, your mod have a nice perspective in that side.

I know what he means. They're the Spanish equivalent of quotation marks in English. Both are types of punctuation used to identify dialogue. Since NWN provides a standardized method of doing so already, there's no need to double-up.

Please label this mod correctly for having a what is considered underage (in some countries) protagonist. 

In simpler words, the default character's sheet shows she is 16.

Selena, as all the Shaurils, have no age; they have an "Appearance" to compare with humans´age. I put teen and it can be from 16 to 19 yo and let the player to decide in his mind. I referred more at her face being cute and young, because is evident that she have an adult and curvy body.

If this is cause of some trouble, I can put "Young" in her appearance, that means from 20 to 24.
