it seems something wrong with your installation..

- check your fnis V5.5 or V5.5fix (latest)

- reinstall sexlab V1.60 and install SL V1.60.2(hot fix) Full Version + sexlab creature 1.60

- reinstall Defeat V5.1

fnis result report should be like this :

All Anim Lists scanned. Generating Behavior Files....

Generating animationsetdatasinglefile.txt ...

Create Creature Behaviors ...

Reading SexLabCreature V1.60 ...

mt_behavior usage: xx.x %   ( x furniture, x offset, x chair, x alternate animations)

0_master usage: x.x %   ( x paired, x kill animations)

xxxx animations for x mods successfully included (character)

xxxx animations for x mods and x creatures successfully included

if you had defeat issue not playing animation but no T-pose or crash it could be script lag.

Hope this will help you

I had the same problem and started googling, so I found this topic.  For some reason it all started working again for me after I switched off the "align actor height" option within sexlab. Dunno why that worked for me, but I thought I'd just throw it out there for the next person with this issue
