Description
===========
Distributes necklaces and chains (neck seam hiders) to all female NPC's on cell load. Requires FOSE. All credits go to Exeter and cheronapollyon for the necklaces and chains resources and to Slammer64 and Martigen for the script, which is ported from Slammer64's Fallout New Vegas mod Distributed Necklaces and updated by Martigen. If you're using Exeter's Neck Seam Concealer Chains, disable it before installing this. You'll get the same chains with this plus it retains the box with the chains just as in his mod. Location: There are two of each necklace and chain in a box sitting on the porch of the boarded up ranch house on the hill across the street from the main entrance to Springvale Elementary.

These necklaces and chains are included:

Iron Chain
Copper Chain
Silver Chain
Gold Chain
Dog Tags
Pearl Necklace
Black Pearl Necklace

The chance of females wearing them differ from Iron Chains, which are most common, to Gold Chains and Black Pearl Necklaces, which should be rare.

1.4 - 2014/04/09 - Fixed an issue with a game bug that can cause target actor's weapons to be unusable when using AddItem in effect scripts, such as in this mod. Many thanks to Martigen for optimising the code and updating the script with a workaround solution.
1.3 - 2014/04/02 - Updated the script, which didn't work as it should in 1.2. Switched the Biped Object of the necklaces and chains from Choker to Necklace, which seems more appropriate.
1.2 - 2014/04/01 - Added Dog Tags, Pearl Necklace and Black Pearl Necklace. Added icons. Changed name.
1.1 - 2014/03/31 - Removed the Playable tag on FO3NecklaceFlag so it won't show up in the inventory of female NPCs.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp. Alternatively, use FOMM, Nexus Mod Manager or Wrye Bash and place a checkmark beside the .esp.


Uninstall
=========
1. Delete the files associated with the mod in (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\


Incompatibility
===============
Shouldn't be used together with Exeter's Neck Seam Concealer Chains.

I guess that you just don't mod for NV?  This NV mod adds seam concealers for males (which I think are more fun than fancy jewelery anyway).  I don't know how difficult of a port it would be.  For FO3, I suppose that all of the necklaces would have to be recreated. /thinking outloud

 

Perhaps I'll take inspiration from yours and other mods one day to integrate the male concealers for NV.

Personally, I don't think male NPCs need seam concealers as most clothes/armor for them already conceal that area - plus it's hard to find anything except dog tags that don't look a bit weird IMO.
