Kurosu
SKSE 1.6.16 FNIS 4.2 I was having problems with low-resolution shadows, so I downloaded a couple of shadow fixes off the Nexus (the shadow striping fix and TRoaches' Colorful Lights No Shadows). I also opened the Skyrim launcher to set my shadow textures to high. Anyway, next this happened. the shadows got even blockier, and weirdest of all, they're only like that on the player character. Did I break something? Load Order: BOSS sorted it into a workable state, but it's probably still not optimal Skyrim.esm Update.esm Dawnguard.esm HearthFires.esm Dragonborn.esm HmmWhatToWear.esm HmmWhatToWearDawnGuard.esm MagicDuelReborn.esm SexLab.esm Unique.esm=0 VHVP.esm Xvision Children.esm ZaZAnimationPack.esm Xvision Children - Complete.esp Brawl Bugs CE.esp DSAMG - Miraak Music Fixes.esp Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp Unofficial Hearthfire Patch.esp Unofficial Dragonborn Patch.esp Additional Player Voices for Skyrim.esp Improved Combat Sounds v2.2 no splatter.esp Beauties of Skyrim.esp Dead Body Collision.esp Lost Art of the Blacksmith.esp LoversComfort.esp LoversHook.esp PassiveWeaponEnchantmentRecharging.esp Pupetteer Master.esp SexLabMatchMaker.esp SkyUI.esp BoundArmors.esp bound weapons redux.esp Cloaks.esp Cloaks - Dawnguard.esp imp_helm.esp RobedSteelPlateArmor.esp TavernClothes-MTM.esp ThalmorStandalone.esp Unique Uniques.esp UNP Jewelry Variants V3.esp calyps-dragonpriestmasks.esp Smithing Perks Overhaul - Balanced.esp Smithing Perks Overhaul.esp Review Studio.esp Run For Your Lives.esp When Vampires Attack.esp ShowersInInns.esp ArchmageTolfdir.esp Auriels Bow Unlimited Charge.esp Headtracking.esp LaFemmeLycana.esp SexLab Submit.esp Convenient Horses.esp Unlimited Charge for Daedric Artifacts.esp Better Vampires.esp Dragon Aspect Redone.esp DragonFire.esp BFSEffects.esp FNISspells.esp MagicDuelReborn - Shouts.esp DeadlyCombat.esp DeadlyCombat_NoArmorChanges.esp DeadlyCombat_NoStaminaChanges.esp DeadlyCombat_NoAttackDistance.esp Dual Wield Parrying_RandomAttacks_Dawnguard.esp The Dance of Death - Ultimate Edition.esp Crimson Tide - Blood.esp dD-No Spinning Death Animation.esp LovelyHairstylesLITE.esp UFO - Ultimate Follower Overhaul.esp UFO - Dawnguard AddOn.esp UFO - Heartfire AddOn.esp My Home Is Your Home.esp Quick Start - Skip the Opening Sequence.esp Skyrim Shadow Striping Fix.esp Enchantments Upgraded.esp SexLabBeastTamer.esp SexLabNudesuitVariants.esp Pinup Poser.esp DragonFire-Dragonborn.esp CharacterMakingExtender.esp EnhancedCharacterEdit.esp ColorfulLightsNoShadows.esp I'm also using Stakado's Realistic ENB. ...0...
Maybe have to do with ini settings you have forget to tweak? Most of time those programs dont solve anything better find out if you all correctly tweaked and follow the right way install all from ini settings to enb installment plus what your pc can handle and must do to optimize your game. I see you dont have many texture mods or any enhancements maybe its settings of your pc? AA disable in launcher? You also have mod that disable shadows i see maybe some conflict? Your also missing dawnguard unoffcial patch. Have you install ENB and all thats needed to make it work properly correctly? I know i can tweak shadows ingame in th enb tool and you can set shadows in different settings one of them shows blocky and edge shadows for better performance. Im no expert what couse this problem so don't hold to ill informations i wont give your money back Maybe someone else can give better solutions what couse your ugly shadows. Link to comment

Kurosu
Thanks, I'll start tinkering around and see what comes up EDIT: I think the problem is female-only, I ran around with a naked dude for a bit and while the jagged shadows were there, they weren't as big of an issue. I'm going to try reinstalling my replacers. Link to comment
Kurosu
I reinstalled my old female body replacer, which unborked the shadows! But now I have a "infinity boobs" problem. Ah, well - shouldn't be that hard to fix EDIT: Yup! Fixed it. I guess the lesson here is "highest endorsements doesn't mean it's going to work best for your personal game" Thanks for the help, guys!
