[Skyrim Special Edition] Installing ZaZ animation pack prevents Skyrim from starting.

I install ZaZ. Skyrim doesn't start. I uninstall ZaZ. Skyrim starts. I reinstall ZaZ. Skyrim doesn't start. I reuninstall ZaZ. Skyrim starts.

 

What could be causing this? I've made sure that it was Special Edition ZaZ each time.

Then , since you also said it , did it suck to put this trhead in Skyrim SE Technical Support? . Avoid crap like " I haven't seen it." , because it's not true anyway. , you can see very well, just open your eyes

has FNIS run correctly? I'd expect more of a T-pose issue than a CTD, but would also reveal if there is an LE/SE version issue.

 As a start, let's also ensure the ZAZ version is correct - the skyrim SE/AE compatibility tracker that Tasairis maintains recommends
