Adding penis meshes to custom animal mods?

So i downloaded the awesome Pitbull Mastiffs- Mihail Monsters and Animals dog mod and they look great and the animations work atleast.

But i wonder, if at all possible,  how to get the penis meshes to work with this and other dog mods?

I have nifskope, creationkit, sseedit etc on my pc but i just dont know where to start ?

 

I hope some friendly soul can point me in the right direction ? ?
