Louie was born and raised in san myshuno, and used to hang around under spice market bridge, Doing small street hustles, and helping the mafia in some businesses, they knew that this young man has a bright future with them, and he became a made man when he was 24, and for his loyalty and charisma, he raised in ranks so quick.

One Day, Nick sent Louie to take care of a drug shipment that coming through evergreen harbor, and Nick Insists that ONLY Louie Check the shipment, when Louie got there everything was pretty good until the cops show up, Louie got caught and served some good time in jail, he met a young charming man, Italian (I Use Tartosa in my lore as Italy in the sims' World), he reminded him of himself when was young.

 

When Louie got out, Nick and Bert told him that there was a great new opportunity in oasis springs, there was a casino that is running as a front for Simkuza business in Sim Nation (America), and Alfonso can't takes control of it, since it's not his war with Simkuza, so now Louie can get his crew (Family) and start a new life in there, he has the permission.

After taking care of everything, Louie has managed to control the racket, working as a front for the mafia drugs and prostitution business, if you wanna gamble, you're welcome in here, but don't try to outsmart, believe me, this is better for you, you don't want to end under jimmy

Lucky Simoleon was originally introduced in Sims 3 Store, I have decided to remake it with Moroccan style, you'll need courtyard oasis kit and jungle adventure for this lot + Entrance Lot Fee and Dress Code By LittleMsSam, Casino Lot Trait by Kiarasims and nisa wicked perversion (Highly Suggested) for the underground brothel.

I have used Arnie's Royal Casino Mod, You'll find the mod in the files (It's Functional Mod)
