Honestly given the variety of the mods I use in my Skyrim listing them all, what they do, and how I rate them would take just to damn long.

SOS, gives males realistic privates

SOS UNP, gives females unrealistic privates(lol)

sexlab- awesome sex framework

Racemenu(nexus) more custimization

Morten hairs they are just too damn awesome not to use

Fnis with out it modding animations would be hard(er)

Better vampires for better vampires lol

Brevi moonlight tales fun lycan stuffs

It would help if you were a bit more narrow with what you're asking... I have 178 mods in my load order, and they're all there because I consider them "must have"... but I don't want to type out all of them.

 

I will list a few that really make a big difference in the game for me.

Skyrim Redone - changes perks, combat, races, and a whole bunch of other stuff

Sands of Time - adds more encounters to skyrim, increased vanilla spawns; active author

Dragon Combat Overhaul - Makes dragons more awesome

Civil War Overhaul - Makes the civil war more awesome

Realistic Needs and Diseases - Makes food water and sleep have a reason for existing, also makes diseases rather painful

I discovered the hard way the other day that chrome is a real ram hog . . . before i knew it i had some 30 tabs open for "mods to look at" and was sucking up a gig of ram.
