Regarding your patch, is that meant to overwrite the existing file or be added to the mod list after the mod?

*Pro tip*

Installing this mod prevents ToH NPCs from being a follower.

 

Reason

Because the default Skyrim follower system has a whitelist of voice types available to followers,

and this mod changes every ToH NPCs to unique voice types.

 

Workaround

Add the voice types of which NPC you want to hire to the  formlist as follows
DefaultNPCVoiceTypes
VoiceFollowerRough

 

If you don't want to "hear" silent voices from NPCs, add vanilla fuz files and rename the folder to the corresponding voice type names.

Thanks for your efforts, I really like what you did for voicing ToH. Afraid though, there is a huge problem with the esp currently.

If it's in your save, it's too late. If you are lucky it will not cause problems, if you aren't lucky sooner or later you will be unable to load future saves. The only save solution is to go back to a save before you added that esp to your LO.
You can fix the file either by removing the ESL Flag (Vortex has an option to do so in the Plugin tab, no idea about MO2), making it into a full slot esp (that's the update save solution, but it wastes a full slot).
The better way would of course be or by compacting the records using xedit (note that this causes potential problems with future updates, as you would have to compact them again and that might lead to some records getting a different id, which is why this really should be done by the mod author to prevent just this.)
At any rate, as mentioned above, fixing the file only helps if done before it gets baked into your saves.

I'm not sure, but LOOT has a big red warning over this plugin, saying something like that: it contains record with formid outside of the valid for a esl plugin. The use of this plugin will cause irreversible damage to saves.

I think it's better to not use this, loot saved me a lot of times and i kind of trust it.

I'm a very green modder and literally learned all of this on the fly in the last few hours just to get this stuff working. Talking to someone with a previously messed up name and silent voice now has the correct name and voice, so as far as I know it should work fine.
