Why haven't we seen mods developed for Osa/Osex for LE?

Osa and Osex are far more smoother than Sexlab in terms of the animations. They also have controls which allow the user to interact with the scene in a fun way. I'm really surprised that no one over the course of more than 6 years ever since Osa was released has ever expanded on it and created mods and addons for it for LE. You know things like Arousal, Orgasm or even mods that utilize Osa as a framework the same way we have mods for Sexlab. I wonder why. Is it because it's hard to work with Osa? I'm not a modder, I only know like 0.62% of how shit works in Skyrim.

 

It just seems like a huge waste not to take advantage of Osa's awesomeness as a framework and create stuff for it.

Osa/OSex doesn't have DD. Nor does it support gangbangs and creatures.

In general its rather very normie vanilla sort of porn that works best with it from what I've seen of it. And a significant portion of this site is not "vanilla I'm playing as male nord dragonborn and I wanna fuck!" sort of deal.

Can you point specific features that are in OSA/Osex that aren't in sexlab that make it better? I never tried them myself just looking at screenshots of features it was... frankly speaking boner killing stuff like picking up which scene plays yourself. I am actually curious I never found a comprehensive feature list, mostly like very vague descriptions.

Yes. OSA does not have an API to mod against. That only came from OStim. And even then there are limits as to what you can do with OSA because it was never designed for addons.
That's why the OStim community is currently working completely replacing OSA with their own framework which runs mainly in an SKSE plugin.
To write an SKSE plugin like OStim NG has requires a lot of reverse engineering of the Skyrim source code. But the RE community has only ever really gotten into it after SE released. So writing SKSE plugins for SE is a lot easier than writing them for LE, as you'd have to do all the reverse engineering yourself. We are talking about months of work here.

The OStim team has no plans to support LE since we don't consider it worth the effort. SE is like ten bucks when it's on sale so asking us to spend months of effort on supporting a dying game is just out of proportion.
OStim is licensed under GPLv3, though, so in theory anyone can port it back to LE if they want to. In practice I just don't think you'll find a single SKSE plugin author that is still working on LE.

It's mainly just how animations initiate and the mini-game you get to transition between animations. It's very nice. Like for example, you start a scene with somebody, the first animation is just like standing there, then you get an option in the minigame to "embrace", then when it's done you get another option to kiss and so on and so forth. The animations kinda lead you to other animations. BUT the most important part of sex is left out for some reason which is orgasm. Weirdly enough the original Osa and Osex do not contain orgasm animations, effects or anything. So if you wanna end, if I recall correctly you'd have to press a certain key which ends the animations.

Well a lot of people are not really interested in that sort of stuff. Me included. Personally the whole creature thing disgusts me to the core. I never understood what the hell do people on here find attractive in giving blowjob to a fucking bear. It's just so unnatural and weird.

It's not about the 10 bucks. It's about that system requirements for SE are higher than LE. And especially if you plan on modding it. Personally I have 204 mods right now on LE and I get anywhere between 40 to 60 fps which is really fine with me since my laptop is not even designed for gaming but if I get SE and mod it the same way I modded LE (SMP physics, Script heavy mods, textures all that shit) then there's 82.53% chance that my gpu would set the house on fire.

...and even in the case IF SSE is suddenly on a same level with all the content, it has lot of bad restrictions in compare with SLE. Under the line SSE is not able to get into the footsteps of SLE. It´s lost parts of technical aspects only can be calmed by a little improved overall graphical picture-best idea here for playing the game with graphical-mods. And what i see from endless pictures is that skyrim se got truly mod-damaged in such a curious graphical "sims4"-way which I simply find absolutly it has nothing anymore to do with SKYRIM itself. But that ´s of course individual taste.
