Troubleshooting Help

I feel bad reaching out for help but I can't seem to figure out what I've messed up. Basically, I had all my mods running well and a few hours in, I realized I was missing FP Violate and Vanilla Fudge. I added them to the modlist and everything broke (in both new and old saves). Now, it seems both Violate and Vanilla Fudge don't work. Wasteland Dairy Framework stopped working. Also, Sexual Harassment animations don't trigger. I've tried removing/adding mods and I can't seem to pinpoint the conflict. Another mod that I think might not be working right is All Male Takeover and Atomic Muscle, I'm not sure.

 

Here's a screenshot of just the mess of LL/VP mods that I've been messing with in case anyone has insight on what's right and wrong. You'll see duplicates and different versions because of my attempts of fixing the problem. Oh, and the mod list in its entirety. If anyone can lead me in the right direction, it would be much appreciated.

my advice is going back to what you working before, ofc if you have backup of loadorder that was working and start again from there. remember gold-rule for fa4/skyrim modding is never to change load order after a save has started. most problems with corrupt saves start when loadorder has been changed. adding mods at the end of the load order is best way but not always work depending on the mod

Unfortunately, I've tried that. I didn't have it backed up though. Would that make a big difference? If I remember which mods I added?

Does the FP in FPViolate and FPVanillaFudge stand for FourPlay?  If so, you shouldn't be using FourPlay mods with AAF.

 

Look at this AAF setup guide here on LL for more info.  Especially check out the "Skip/Scrap These Mods - Incompatibilities" section that's not too far down.

if you use MO2 (Mod Organizer 2) Best mod manager IMO  you have an easy way to back those up

 

wut travelmedic said makes sense so look at that also. it comes to to a point that saves get so messup that you have to start fresh, what i do when i start a new save is  first use a clean save to give a test to as many mods as i can before i lock in the load order, then start my clean save. 

 

you can find clean saves test with with at the nexus or maybe even here also

That's wild. I follow that setup guide every time I set up a new set of mods. I wonder if I got distracted and ended up downloading old FP files after going through the set up guide

Thank you! I'm making those fixes and going to test on a clean save. I also use MO2, it's so easy to use. ?

Well, now the game wont go past the first loading screen when I try to load the clean save

I've narrowed it down to Wasteland Dairy and adjusted the order of things. Now the game starts and everything but it seems that animations aren't activating.

I reached out on the AAF discord and they helped me with some animation versions and things being out of order. Now everything runs smoothly! Thanks for the help everyone!
