WickedWhims + MCC Woohoo

Simple question:
i see that WickedWhims and MCC share some common option 
is it save to use both 
ex: changing the same value from WW and MCC WH will not brake the other right ?

ex2: if i change a option in WW and do another change for the same option but this time with MCC, WH that will no brake the mod ?

I use both. I myself have not come across any issues. 
Having a few of the same things, doesn't harm anything, even if you choose the opposite option on one mod as you did the other. Though I don't think you'll get the results you want if you did that.

The only one I know of that has to match is the number of days pregnant which is 3 by default on both Mods and the Game too.

Beware of MCCC Woohoo undressing options because it can affect WW undressing too, or at least it used to anyway.
