Fully Functional Yamato mod

Can someone make a fully functional Yamato weapon with full effects and animations.

Not saying it would be easy, but I suppose you can use the same power the Bloodskal blade uses in Skyrim's Dragonborn DLC.

Just change it up a bit with it instead of being just a red flying slash to where it'd be like the orb effect on Devil May Cry 3 when you use it with Vergil. 

 

I would do it myself but i lack most skills in scripting,modding ,etc.

 

I'm not that good at explaining but i suppose most people know what i'm talking about or at least i would hope so.

 

I've checked on the web and the only ones i did find were crap because they were from torrent sites and require you to take a survey or something else that gets you worried about contracting a virus on your computer.
