i can't play the game now?

I updated and removed the old ones and now my game won't even play. I can't do anything at all it states that it's paused but it's not.

do you have 2 versions of WW installed at the same time? or why do you have 2 exceptions? 162f is way outdated and 2 versions at the same time will never work, remove it completly

WW and related mods are version specific for a specific Sims 4 version.  You must use the WW version that is approved for your version of The Sims 4.  This also applies to mods that rely on WW to function.

 

You are running these WW related mods (and possible others):

 

Basemental Drugs

NisaK_Wicked_Perversions

 

They have to be approved for your current Sims 4 version also.  One or more of these is probably out of date.

Need to find and remove these duplicates in your Mods folder.

I don't have 2 installed i have no idea why i have 2 reports but i do

I did find some duplicates of basemental and nisak wicked perversions and after getting rid of those it still wont work. i just updated everything. all of my mods and this is the first time ive ever had this kind of issue

You can open your WickedWhimsInfoLog.log in your TS4 folder with notepad to check for duplicates again.

Scroll down past all the Mods/CC to find the 'Possible Duplicates' entry and make sure it's 0.

 

It's quite common for a few Mods to get broken after Game Updates.

This site has broken Mods listed and update links but doesn't allow discussion of any Sex, Drugs, or Prostitution Mods.

When the game won't even load the problem is usually more severe.

You might have to use the 50/50 Mod removal method to find the broken Mod/CC.

Be sure to delete your localthumbcache.pkg in your TS4 folder whenever you add, remove, or update Mods or the Game itself.

Don't make any new saves with Mods removed for testing just exit when done.

 

It helps to have all your CC organized by categories like Makeup, Hairstyles, Clothing, etc., so you can just remove a couple folders and test again.

Script Mods should also have their own named folders like Basemental, Nisa's Wicked Perversions, & WickedWhimsMod.

These can only be one folder deep inside Mods.

Still have one duplicate Mod and you need to delete the oldest version.
