Excellent Female Follower Mods

Hey LL,

 

I've been looking everywhere for more good female follower mods, poured through Nexus mods but I'm sure there are plenty of sites/groups out there that have high-quality appearance follower mods that aren't hosted on Nexus and I can't find out where they are for the life of me so I was wondering if anyone here had any input.

 

I use CBBE, but any well designed follower would be interesting to see if anyone wants to share

Also not sure if this is of any interest to anyone else, or if anyone has a better method for changing your own character's appearance, but I use the mod GreenTea to edit my Player Character's appearance to whatever follower I want. Just have to click on them in the console command menu or enter "PRID X" where X is their PRID # and then type "cca" to clone appearance. Can wonk out on loading saves and you'll get a crazy face, but usually fixes itself if you do "showracemenu" and hit okay **OR** by just selecting yourself and using "cca", which will restore your appearance to your default.

I have like 200+ custom followers installed. The great thing about these mods is that if they're completely self-contained (includes face, hair, outfit, etc.) then you can eslify the file without fail if it isn't already.

 

I pulled a LOT from NexusMods and Schaken-Mods. Schaken has a ton of hot/waifu followers. If you're still interested in finding more, lmk.

Think I'm lookin' pretty good on RAM.

 

And although I'm pretty light on video RAM, Skyrim only requires like 1GB-2GB, and since I'm not running anything crazy like ENB there's nothing to make me need to upgrade my video. Even all of those HDT miniskirt mods I have installed won't crank up my FPS enough to make this an issue...

I never mentioned upgrading your hardware. I was talking more about downgrading your followers. Not much point in having the followers running around wearing 4k or 8k gear if it looks like shit because you don't use an ENB. Also, textures lacking mipmaps can tank your processor.

I have a 4-core CPU, 8GB Radeon GPU and 32GB of RAM. Everything in that LE game was 2k and I used an ENB. The game had over 26,000 NPCs in it (including over 300 followers). I play the game for laughs but I like things to look nice.

Ashley - Breton Destruction Mage Follower - CBBE - 3BA

 

She's completely standalone, so you don't need to install any other mods. The follower herself is nothing too fancy but she'll have your back in a fight. Also, she's just gorgeous.

 

This mod was made by a mod maker named gwobert for my friend Ashley (whom the follower is based on), who has left the modding community.

You noob lol just kidding but, you are right custom follower will eat your game up. I never seen the need for 4k and up i prefer a good balance looks and play-ability. Tes5 edit is your friend if you want to keep the original mod intact just delete what you don't need in it but, you know this already. We wont even talk about skin textures🤯

Yeah I realized that's a bad word when I saw he put the modified SexLab mod that let you have sex with whatever race you want, and then introduced a "Sassy Teens" mod...eew...
