Female Pants not removable

Hi,

 

After trying to update my sliders to the all in one set, suddenly all female sims have a pair of jeans on underneath whatever they are already wearing. I've removed all the mods I have installed since it was last working and it is still happening.

 

Any ideas?

 

update - i've narrowed it down to one of 538 clothing items, which is adding in default underwear as a pair of jeans. Is there any way of making this process faster?

Did you also delete your localthumbcache.pkg after removing your mods/cc.

Old game cache data has to be cleared when altering mods.

Not unless you use S4S to look through them as they may be tagged wrong.

But you could also search for anything 'default' and remove them.

I don't use anything that's default.

After some extensive searching through, there is something adding female underwear back on and over riding WW default. 

 

There is nothing left with "default" in the file name.

 

I organise my mods by subfolder by type. EG clothes, hair, etc. Everything works fine until I put the clothes (538 files) or objects (1745 files) folders in, then the female underwear reappears. I've gone through each file and nothing in any of the names would suggest a default replacement.

 

I don't know what I've done. Until I tried to update the sliders earlier everything was fine. Now files that were installed at the last working version aren't working either.

Please upload your WickedWhimsIfoLog.log file here so we can get more info about your cc.

Someone might spot something that's a known problem.

Should be in your Sims 4 Folder if you have WW installed

First thing is to delete your duplicate files.

Open the Log file you just sent and scroll down a bit past mods/cc to find the entry I pasted below in the Log file.

WW lists all the duplicates so you have to find them and delete.

Possible Duplicated Mod Files (61):

 

These are also duplicates.

Any file with a (1) added to the filename means it was downloaded twice in a row.

Delete Better Bodies they are obsolete and cause problems.

The only one that still works is the Female Top and maybe the Feet.

[BB][Female]Top.package, (OK to leave)

Ok, so I've done all this. There are no duplicate files left and no BB files either. Now female sims have a bra as well as underwear in CAS.

 

I've run the Better Exceptions mod and checked compatibility, and run a test exception to get the report. Everything is clear. The WWInfoLog says there are no duplicates.

 

Is there something I've missed?

With that much cc it's quite likely but can't tell without any error reports.

You have something that's replacing the nude outfit.

Make sure Wild Guys Female Body Details loads before Wicked Whims.

 

All you can do now is remove half your cc and test the other half in game to see if it goes away.

If not then try the other half till you find it.

 

Could be sliders, or Body mods like Dumbaby too.

 

These are the hardest problems to find like the proverbial 'Needle in the Haystack'.

The certainly look better than straight Maxis feet. I know the ones from untraditional nerd or the other ones that everyone seems to really use are more "realistic", but I don't like how they look. I think they always look cramped up. BB gives them a bit more refinement but keep them more MM looking.

Yeah, I get that too. It's more the look for me but the performance is a factor too. I like how the BB feet look and they are still working so I keep using them. At least until they start throwing LEs, that is.
