As the title says im having some Texture Issues. Im not to sure what could be causing this, i've used a texture optimizer to try help, but im still getting it. It's only the women that have this issue (except pc) so i think it might be coming from a body mod

I have just finished (kind of) modding my own fallout and I have had similar issues. Look at your loadorder. Notice the flashes with the + and - in front of them, also the grey one? Grey one means it is completely redundand and some other mod overwrites all the assetes, that mod bring. So looking into these files and if you really need them could be beneficioal to your overall experience.

That been said, I had the same problem and in my case it was different texture sizes for different bodyparts. check if you have any 4k textures with 2k face textures installed, double check if the used skin is for your used bodymod and triple check if you actually built and use the bodymod u want.

Although I modded fallout 4 and you're currently modding NV the same principle apply in MO2.

Good luck!

you said that you used texture optimizer, does this tool had something like a mip map option? because w/o mip maps, game can recognize textures really wrong some times

also, are you sure that you installed textures for your body mod correctly? because i almost never heard that missing textures will turn pink in FNV/FO3, if in FO4/Skyrim pink color for missing textures is common, for fnv it's almost never a thing. In fnv all missing textures will become a glitched mess instead. So i think that you somehow installed pink placeholder textures with your body mod

I don't know how i would of, i installed BnB from the nexus page and installed it like any other mod, and its the only body mod i have enabled.

This is the texture optimizer i used: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12801?tab=files&file_id=1000204608
