Devious Dremora

View File

Summon female dremora, wearing devious gear.  Sometimes they rape the caster.

The staff which summons them is in the Arch-Mage's quarters, at the College of Winterhold.

Outfits come in locked and unlocked versions.  They start locked, but to use the girls in combat you should unlock them soon.  The spell book which does that is at  Urag Gro-shub’s desk, in the Arcanaeum.

They are meant to be used in combat like dremora lords, the main difference being they level with the player rather than being fixed at 46.  The girls have better perks, but devious gear offers no armor. Sex with the player converts them to thralls.

If your character has high magic absorption which causes the atronach bug with the staff, use its spell version “Conjure Devious Dremora” instead.

Devious Dremora - Primal Arenas is an add-on, where the player battles their primal forms in a combat arena.  Success toggles the Devious outfit for the lady, gives you her conjuration book, and you can win loot rewards.

To participate, go to the Midden underneath the College of Winterhold and use the atronach forge to craft the edible ingredients, which begin the arenas.  If you don’t have any forge ingredients, there will be some around, but bringing extra daedra hearts is good.  If you take off your armor during combat, you can win unique magic items like the Council of Queens staff, which conjures the primal dremora to fight for you.

Their primal forms are invulnerable so no point in attacking, just defend.  It is a shield challenge where the goal is to stay alive in the arena for 72 seconds.  For better, less crazy hit windows, especially while dodging naked, the mod Realistic Melee Range is recommended.

Devious Devices (DD4 or DD5) is required, and Dawnguard and Dragonborn.  It shares files with Conjure Bikini Dremora, but those files are the same so load order won’t matter.  They work together fine, and none is dependent on the other.  (Load order between all three files shouldn't matter, though my load order is bikini dremora first, then DD - summons, then DD - primal arenas.  Click OK when asked to overwrite.)

Known issuesPrimal Arenas can be buggy, which is why I made it a separate add-on from the main mod.  I think what is happening is that some aspect of the arena does not load, updates freeze and arenas stop working thereafter.  How often this occurs, seems to vary per user, and is rare for me, maybe 1/20 times, though for some it happens a lot more.  Reloading the last save works for me, I can continue forth and arenas work ok.  What also can work is saving when things appear to be amiss (like the primal lady won’t attack, or there are no notifications which indicate progress and the arena does not complete) and then quitting and reloading that save.  If that fails, the main Devious Dremora mod is stable.

Credits and thanks to Corsec and DontTouchMeThere for collaboration, ideas, support, and testing.  Hairs come from KS Hairdos.  Some eyes, horns, and face decals come from Dremora Assets by Hallgarth.  The primary face decal comes from Dremora Head Detail Re-imagined by Nikoli Grimm.

In-game Readme for  Devious Dremora - Summons

Spoiler

This mod is built from Conjure Bikini Dremora SL.  The girls are the same, their combat prowess is mostly the same, their likelihood of initiating sex with the player is unchanged, and conversion to thralls is all the same, so I will wait until later to cover that, and start with what is new.

They now come equipped with outfits from Devious Devices.  At first they will be wearing "locked" outfits, with restrictions on combat and sex, which may be "unlocked" into new outfits, with fewer restrictions.  To summon them, go get the staff in the Arch-mage's quarters in Winterhold, which may be had freely if you are the Arch-mage, or can be stolen otherwise.  If your college is significantly modded, then Nelacar at the Frostfruit Inn will sell you one.

To unlock their outfits, use the spell "Daedra Girls Unleashed", which toggles the outfits for all 8 of them.  The book is found on Urag Gro-shub's desk, in the Arcaneaeum.

Sex with the player, any sex, like Matchmaker, will convert devious dremora to thralls.  But their hold on the material plane is tenuous and they constantly lose health, unless they have sex!  As they heal, anyone involved or nearby will suffer a health drain, which if one is naked can be fatal on higher difficulty modes.  Combat puts them in the mood for sex, not every time, but sometimes.  They will return to Oblivion after a few minutes without sex.

Even without being thralls, spell durations are 2 minutes normally, or 3 with the atromancy perk, plus they will not dismiss during sex or combat (unless their duration as a thrall is up, that is a hard limit).  These changes were made to better accommodate longer SexLab animations.

The algorithm goes like this: starting around 8 seconds, and every 4 seconds thereafter, there is a random determination for a sex event to occur.  The first time it is 40%, then it diminishes by a factor of 2/3 each increment.  If the devious dremora is in combat, then that check is skipped, though the probability still continues to diminish with time.  If a sex event triggers, 15% of the time there will be no victim, so the devious dremora either masturbates, or does it with another commanded actor.  If there is a victim, half the time she rapes the player, and the other half the time she looks for another NPC to rape.  If she finds none (like if the player travels alone) she rapes the player.

Whether there is a victim or not, devious dremora will always seek another commanded actor to join in, either dremora (male or female), or undead.

My goal with this algorithm was to accommodate the widest range of post-combat sex possibilities, without any thing repeating so often that it gets tiresome.

The mod is designed to accommodate almost all SexLab animation settings.  While in some ways I like having height scaling off to preserve their size, especially in the primal arenas, devious dremora do a range of sex acts and positions in two-some and three-somes, where keeping height scaling turned on is probably more practical.

The mod is designed for ragdoll endings and strip animations, so, even if you prefer them off, try it with them turned on, just once.

Fun fact: SexLab treats skeletons as creatures.

In-game readme for Devious Dremora - Primal Arenas

Spoiler

Primal Arenas are combat theater where the player communes with powerful daedra through bloodsport. Success rewards the player with unique magic items and conjuration books.  To begin the ceremony, craft edible items using the atronach forge in the Midden.

Primal arenas are the only way to individually toggle locked and unlocked outfits from Devious Dremora - Summons.  If one of the girls has been bad and needs to go back to her locked outfit, you can use primal arenas for that.  They also provide conjuration books for devious dremora, so you can summon them without a staff, and thralls last longer.

Successful completion of arenas while "naked" entitles the player to loot rewards, including items from Conjure Bikini Dremora SL and Devious Dremora - Summons, if you have those installed. Nudity requires not wearing body armor or clothing, the same condition used when townspeople start making comments.  You can wear less than that if you want, and also stock gear from Devious Devices is usually fine.

Loot drop rates (when naked) are: 25% for a daedra heart, 25% for a creepy love letter, and 50% for the Midden chest, which gives forge ingredients and magic items.  With all three mods installed, there are around 10 magic items that drop from the chest. Each item has around a 1/10 chance per chest, or 1/20 per naked arena.

One item of note is the Council of Queens staff, which summons the primal bosses to fight for the player. As conjurations they are powerful, with no consideration given to game balance.  They are higher level than the player by 10%, up to level 100, and invulnerable. They do not rape the player (except in primal arenas), they do not become thralls, and they last for 30 seconds (or 1 minute with the atromancy perk).

Followers are NOT welcome to participate in primal arenas, and are dealt with in three ways.  When possible, the boss is placed in the brawling faction so followers will stand aside and not get involved.  If the boss does attack them, followers will be stripped, paralyzed, and unsummoned to the Midden in a ball and chains.  If that happens, the ball and chain will remove itself in 5-10 minutes.  Lastly, time spent by the primal boss targeting anyone but the player will not count toward the challenge, and if enough time passes, the player will be unsummoned and has to start again.  Don't even think of using summons here.  Punishments also occur for players who flee the arena.  If the player ends up in a ball and chains, the only way I know to remove it is successful completion of any primal arena.

Death alternatives are handled this way: if the mod thinks there one active, and enough time passes where the boss is not in combat with the player (like a DA is playing out) then the arena manager will shut itself off but leave the boss, spectators, and other arena objects in place.  These will only be removed by successful completion of the arena.

Near the atronach forge can be found a "Ring of Essence", which will unsummon the player back to the Midden if they bleed out during the challenge.  It is a death alternative just for this mod, and is incompatible with other death alternatives.  If DAYMOL is active, the Ring of Essence will not function.

If for whatever reason you cannot get to the Midden, then there is a satchel in Nelacar's living quarters that provides one random yummy ingredient. Completing a Primal Arena will then return the player to the Midden, and once there, more yummy ingredients can be crafted.  If you don't have any forge ingredients handy, some can be found near the forge.

The mod is designed to accommodate all SexLab animation settings.  Strip animations and ragdoll are recommended.  With the primals, I like it with height scaling off, personally.

Hi I use Skyrim Special Edition, will this be available for it?

I am of a mind with @sakistousias15 could you please inform us if it's on SSE and if not will it be ported?

A similar mod of mine, Conjure Bikini Dremora, people have been able to run on SSE.  They installed it with MO2.  I'd say give that a try, and if you do get it to work, let me know and I can change the description.  Thanks!

Could you make some of them, and the bikini Dremora, followers? I need hard bitches keeping my slaves in line.?

Not a bad suggestion, but I don't think I can easily... I've never done a follower mod before.

If you summon one with a regular conjuration spell, say Conjure Miss Elektra, and have sex with her, she is a thrall for an hour--just that you need to have sex she needs to have sex with anyone kind of often or she leaves, so maybe it is not right for your purposes.  I'll keep it in mind.

Thanks. But if not, no problem. Whatever works for you. I just throw stuff out to see if anything sticks. Zero expectations.

Keep up the good work. You make Sanguine & Molag Bal proud.

I'm having some troubles with prima arena. Sometimes it works, it teleports me somewhere, there's a riing of flaming manequins, but nothing happens. The dremora is there but she's not aggressive, she doesn't bring dialog or anything like that

She won't aggro immediately. You need to enter the arena area to make her turn hostile, which might take a few seconds. You can speed it up by attacking her, that will make her turn hostile.

I waited quite some time, and attacks don't connect to then. Only three items sent me to arenas, it was sindare, jezebel and I don't remember the other one, but it was on a frozen lake on the dawnguard dlc. For the other, I create the item on the attronach forge, eat then but nothing happens. The same goes for the spell to teleport to a random arena.

Link to comment

Oh weird.  Generally I shield bash them to start combat, otherwise they initiate combat on their own around 30 seconds after entering the arena.

The best explanation I have for what happened is that an arena failed to load fully, which looks normal, all the parts are there, they just don't do anything, and you stop getting notifications. The best solution is to restart the game and load your last save, but an OK solution is to save after the areas fail, as soon as you notice the problem, the earlier the better, then reboot, and usually then it starts working again.  You might get unsummoned to the Midden, but then arenas should start working again.

I also need to ask if you had a version of Devious Dremora that I uploaded a couple months ago, then took down to work on some more, which had earlier versions of the primal arenas back then. If you had that older version you need to uninstall it, save your game, and then reinstall the current mod, then it should be fine.

The random arena spell has to be cast in the Midden or it doesn't work. But Yummy ingredients should work anywhere.

The arenas are complex and usually they load ok but sometimes not and if one part fails, then the rest of it freezes, kind of like what you saw. Saving the game and reloading it nearly always gets them working ok again.

I'm using only the new version, I din't tried shield bash, i tried attacks and spells only

The spells and the ingredients are working the same way, only those 3 work, I get the message "You feel somethign weird", the portal effect pop off, but nothing happens

Oh, and a small bug report, the mod renames the college main hall's name (The one where toldfir is when you enter the college)

Link to comment

That's a bummer. I hope that it works one way or another if you try it with a fresh save game, but if not, I guess I have to be there to see what is going wrong.

Otherwise, do treat yourseljf to the Council of Queens with AddItemMenu and hopefully that serves you better.

If the mod works for any arena, the rest all work mostly the same, and the yummy ingredient should at least transport you to the location, that much is simple and straightforward.  I still think one of the arenas didn't load right, and you just need to restart the game.

The mod doesn't touch the Hall of the Elements, none of the three do, so I'm curious what it changes the name to. But I will review for dirty edits anywhere in the College of Winterhold and will post any fixes I find.

Quick Question I know arena is an add on and you stated that it doesn't matter which comes first in the load order. I installed summons first as its the main mod then arena. I am assuming when in installing Arena with NexusModManger it is okay to tell Arena to overwirte the file from Summon. Might be could just to edit and add one line about that in the "about this file".

Sounds good, will do.  Yes, overwrite is fine, the files being over-written are all the same.

tested the mod. Buggy like never bugged before.

First, only some yummy item teleport you to the arena, not all did.

Second, the arena were not working. The dremora is not hostile toward you.

Third, the ring and the amulet is not working correctly either. Rings did not teleport you back to midden, its just not let you die, a message "the summon spell is fading" and you stand back to die again. I don't know the amulet working or not cuz i wait 5 minute (god mode) and still not end (hit the dremora to trigger hostile).

The mod really need to smooth out, i cannot find any work around measurement

Yeah, you are probably right, that said, it works ok from my end, so, I can't correct bugs that don't occur for me.  Generally it worked ok for those who tested it for me, but failed often enough, that I separated the mod into just summoning the dremora wearing devious gear, which we found to be stable, and then the primal arenas, so one can use one, without the other.

The main issue, I think, boils down to, the arenas are very complex with multiple parts that all have to work together, and if any part of it fails to load right, then the rest of it fails to load, updates freeze, and general bugginess ensues.  This does happen to me, but usually after a couple dozen arenas.  Quitting and reloading fixes it and arenas proceed ok thereafter, but that's just me.

I wanted to do something other than just a standard boss fight for this, but the shield challenge was something that I wouldn't recommend or try again.

So, thanks for your feedback and I apologize for the inconvenience.  You can try giving yourself the Council of Queens staff, which does not have the issues the arenas do, otherwise there is still the main Devious Dremora mod.

I can't get it to work for SE, it looks like I CTD whenever I get teleported after eating one of those yummy items. I tried running the mod through Cathedral Assets Optimizer.

Thanks for reporting, I can update the description.  Did you get the main Devious Dremora mod to work?

It looks like everything works fine, I've tested this more and only some arenas cause CTDs, not all of them. The dwarven yummy thing one is sure to CTD
