This is built by speculation and references to Google Photos. Never been to a gay bathhouse but feels like this is quite an interesting type of lot to built - so here it is

 

The layouts/floorplans are not very easy to find - somehow found one with some labelling and the name of the venue, which fortunately has a website and more photos allowing more references.

Well done, I've been to several gay bathhouses and you have the theme fairly spot on, The huge porn photos are a bit over the top though, although the metal work and sculpture mods you linked are fairly spot on for a higher end joint. But you going with the gym area and saunas.  If this bathhouse existed in my city it would be packed( when there isn't an epidemic).  I didn't see that any of the listed mods gave a men only option, I think LittleMsSams has a door mod to prevent genders from entering.
