locked companion outfits

When using mods like 'violate' and 'devious devices' my companions will always redress themselves back into her default outfit. I know their 'locked' outfits and the game will always respawn an outfit to dress a companion.. but is there a mod or a patch to stop this from happening? and maybe something to see what they have equipped while in the 'trade' option with them.

You can make remove their default outfit in CK, so in this cases they will be redress to nude.

I think this is f4 engine bug, because when I was trying to apply clothing by script sometimes base outfit appear
