EmLy666 Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 Update: the game is now crashing and shutting down entirely when sex interactions are initiated via prostitution. Regular WW sex interactions are fine thus far. I've removed WP from my folder til I can figure out what's going on. Running with the latest patch from EA (9/3). I've updated Nisa's WP, MC Command Center, WW and have removed Basemental Drugs from my folder until the new patch is made public. When I register my sim as a rose, I usually go into the menu and blacklist certain sims from solicitation. I'm able to open the menu via phone and computer. I click manage solicitation blacklist, add to blacklist, and then the menu disappears and the game sits on pause until I hit play. I've tried removing and reinstalling the mod and I've made sure any out of date mods have been removed from my folder until updates are released. Anybody else experiencing this issue? I don't have an error log because one was not created and this didn't seem to be a game breaking error, just a very frustrating one. Cross posting in a couple different forums for visibility. Thanks!
Xelda45 Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 I have exactly the same problem, the game is closed and I have updated the same things. Attached is a last crash report. lastCrash_63734928290.txt
Too_Funky1987 Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 I deleted my Nisa WP for now..it wasn't working properly..I couldn't call over a prostitute or interact in sex animations..so it's gone until fixed.
Guest Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 Nisa WP has been updated. If haven't. check it out and see if the problem is gone.

As the post says, the mod is fully up to date. I even did a clean install of the update this morning just to be sure. The problem persists.

It was definitely acting a little funky just before the update. I kept having random sims come over to demand sex from my prostitutes - sims that they didn't actually owe debts to. Then there was an issue with the menu disappearing upon certain options being selected. I figured the update would fix these issues but they've persisted for some reason, and I'm not sure what else to do in order to troubleshoot.

Sometimes you have to remove the Nisa's WP from the game saves folder to reset things especially with major game and mod updates. Don't forget to also delete your localthumcache in your TS4 folder as it may also have old data stored. And be sure to keep checking for new WP or other mod updates as they don't always get fixed on the first new release.

Hmm, that's a good idea though I'm not sure I know exactly what you mean/how to go about doing it. I've removed the mod from my mods folder entirely and played the game without it, then saved it and added the mod back in so all of the settings would reset. It seems like you're referring to something different tho?

It seems like you're referring to something different tho? If you look inside your saves folder you should find a WickedWhimsMod folder and a Nisa WP folder. These are created when you install and run those mods and are updated real time in game and/or when you make game saves. Sometimes Nisa's WP save data gets corrupted especially when it gets a major update. It was recommended by NisaK herself if things don't work right or if certain errors occur.
