Like the title says...you guys have SO much! I don't know what to do or where to start. Some help would be wonderful

Start with the body replacers. I suggest FusionGirl and BodyTalk, although CBBE has more outfits.

Then get AAF working. There's some detailed threads about what to install and in what order.

After that, look for stuff that uses AAF that appeals to you.
