that would hit the frame rates hard and i dont think it can be done as they do not use xpmse

Is there some source of this mod and if so am i allowed to try and see what i could do...

If possible then if you have a version with all the CBBE bones still attached that would be nice.

you are welcome to try anything, there is no version with the bones still attached as that would and does cause ctd because there would be two skeletal machines in one nif. now if you look at the Torch Bug there is an extra bone in there that has a slower movement which if adjusted right WOULD look like bouncing boobs and it wouldnt impact on ones frame rates.
