No Infinite Running: does anyone still have this mod?

Looking for a copy of "No Infinite Running". It was once on nexus, but the author took it down and left the site. Then if I search it anywhere else, it doesn't exist. Anyone have a copy perhaps?

Basically it added an ap cost to running

In f4 run takes Ability Points so you dont run infinite

I should be more specific. The jogging in the game was affected by this mod I mentioned. Running (or sprinting) does cost AP, I am aware. The mod I am searching for applied the same restriction to "jogging" (which the author of the mod considered running and not 'sprinting'), which encouraged the player to walk to recharge AP.

It's a shame because I used to enjoy the mod but lost it when I had to do a fresh reinstall of Fo4
