There was one mod that allowded to have sex with any npc in the game but it was designed for early patched game so it don't work anymore. There are probably some nude mods or something like that but never searched it since modified files forbids to play online.

There's so much potential and freedom avaiable with this engine. Let's not let it go to waste. greenguy Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 this game is $7.50 with all expansions on steam right now and I'm thinking about buying it. I heard there was a mod called "real sex mod" but it seems to have been deleted from the internet.
Erena Posted March 30, 2013 Posted March 30, 2013 I would imagine it's possible. There's a vast number of visual mods that I've seen (Niko as a horse, Niko as R2-D2, first-person camera, etc), so hopefully something like this wouldn't be too hard to whip up. Good luck, guys!

littledev Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 gta 4 is really bad optimized, and maybe that is why there are not many people modding it. Just wait till gta 5 will be released at PC
