I'd like to know as well. I remember the Hot Coffee mod but that's not for IV

For now no.

There was one mod that allowded to have sex with any npc in the game but it was designed for early patched game so it don't work anymore.

There are probably some nude mods or something like that but never searched it since modified files forbids to play online.

Well it being 2013 and major strides have been made in modding for GTA 4 I figured I'd breathe new life into this thread in hopes that those with intrest and especially the skill set; will dive in feet first and see what is possible with this amazing open sourced game. There's so much potential and freedom avaiable with this engine. Let's not let it go to waste.

this game is $7.50 with all expansions on steam right now and I'm thinking about buying it.

 

I heard there was a mod called "real sex mod" but it seems to have been deleted from the internet.

I would imagine it's possible.  There's a vast number of visual mods that I've seen (Niko as a horse, Niko as R2-D2, first-person camera, etc), so hopefully something like this wouldn't be too hard to whip up.  Good luck, guys!

So anyone know any real adult mods for this game or must have mods ?? I currently run with the latest patch.

 

Rockstar has made it a real sport to fuck modders and make creating any thing almost impossible with this game.

gta 4 is really bad optimized, and maybe that is why there are not many people modding it. Just wait till gta 5 will be released at PC
