Is there a reason why animations dont line up?

Is it a bug with a script or is it something else?

 

I have updated all the mods and NVSE and extender

This can also be a conflict in the load order.

Ho ho ho and you should read the original posts of each and every plugin you download.

 

Why are your SexoutCommonResources and SexoutPregnancy weirdly named? You need to leave them as they are when you download them, or they won't work properly. Also, do you have a screenshot or something of the sort regarding your problem?

My bad, i just typed them in, i didn't change any of the names, and an example is that sometimes the penis pokes through the persons body, or it will be to far forward or back, so it makes it look strange....

I talked to User29 and he just said some animations were just out of place, he also mentioned someone was working on an Alignment mod that let you ..well align the correct things.. but he needed help from pride slayer.. which seems to be in some sort of MIA...

 

I ran my game with just those above (sorry I didnt out FalloutNV.esm in there).

 

Its the creatures animations that arent lining up btw, human to human is fine, except sometimes people give nose jobs
