[ASX] Request for animation sources

This is a request for assistance with a long term project that will hopefully see the light of day at some point.

 

Can any one direct us to some 'real' lesbian animations for Oblivion that are available for credited use? NOT strapons or futa, but animations that show clamming, scissoring or anything like that? We just need the keyframes and any idleobjects in use.

I am sure Grumpf will have some stuff for you from his CLS plugin. Just holler at him.

There probably won't be many of them but there are a few that might fit what you are looking for. Only look at the 1-200 animations as 201 and above are for creatures.

Last time we checked the Daedra Sutra there was nothing for lesbians. Oh there's the usual 'women acting like men with a strapon' but that's not what many lesbians do. I have one; yes, just one; bi friend who owns a strapon - to use on men, as that's what they expect. Go figure!

 

However Donkey has come up with some scissoring animations for us (perhaps a first) in another place so we seem to be good to go!

There are some "oral" animations in the Daedra Sutra.

 

Take a peak at 29(munching), 47(boob play), 48(fingering), 91(one of stages is munching in an unusual position), 94(some fingering munching and boob play), 95(one of the stages has some boob play), 100(munching), 101(boob sucking), 110(one of the stages fits), 134(you could borrow half of the animation and swap the def for off to get two women laying close masturbating), 155(you'll like this one I think), 160.1(half of the animation is salvageable for something), 125(pillory spanking), 132 up against wall spanking, 99.1(chair boob sucking and fingering).

Thanks for the list. Nessa has actually perused the Daedra Sutra mind. Identified a lot of animations that are 'dual use' such as you point out. We'll be sure to double check your suggestions.

 

However, until now there seemed to be no, that is zero; animations aimed solely at portraying two women.

Yea, you are correct. All existing animations will have to be re-purposed.

 

Besides, Donkey seems to have made a few rather good lesbian animations so hopefully that helps. ;)

1. Introduction

The authors have long felt that while the concept of an animation support framework for Oblivion was excellent' date=' existing offerings had a few problems:-

One: As most of these offerings seem to emanate from Russia or the Pacific Rim, never ending translation was required by a team of stalwarts and it WAS without end.

Two: Such documentation as existed was difficult to translate and of unknown quality. This made writing your own plugins difficult, and as we all know, provoked endless 'how do I make this work' questions.

Three: Many of the plugins were not to the taste of everyone and/or had dependencies that might be unwanted. Not everyone wants their female characters to look like anime schoolgirls for example.

Four: In a similar vein, not everyone wanted characters to sound like demented schoolgirls either.

 

It was decided the thing to do was write a western animation and sound core, with clear documentation so people could quickly write their own plugins for it. A core of essential keyframes with properly embedded facial expressions with an easy way to reliably play and sequence them on an actor.

 

One of the goals was to eliminate the use of the the horrible implementation of PickIdle, with the infinite number of tokens and global variables that was regarded as the only way in Oblivion. OBSE20 debuted PlayIdle, a way of invoking an animation by reference and the ability to create plugins that were far less sensitive to load order.

 

ASX consists of a single master, asxcore.esm. The included esps are not required but are working example plugins built on the esm.

When ASX is released, people will be at liberty to produce anything that does not violate their local statutes with it. However, the authors have no interest in:-

 

* Futanari.

* Characters who look like teen-agers or younger.

* Women uniquely as pathetic victims. As much as possible will function for men as well as women.

* Most current LoversPK plugins.

* Things that smack of modernity. We aim for magic not hi-tech, Silk not rayon.

* Non-sentient animals as protagonists.

* Ultra-extreme body styles.

* 'Real High Heels' and 'Bouncing Butts'.

* Pregnancy. People have always used contraception methods and magical ones are probably better than modern ones. (Certainly, cure wounds is better than a trip to the hospital).

* Lactation.

* Support for ears long enough to trap in doors.

 

3. FAQ

 

Q. Is this a LoversPK mod.

A. No, it's an alternative to LoversPK. It will be in English and properly documented. All the functions and instructions to create or adapt a mod to work with it will be in the form of an API.

 

Q. Will LoversPK plugins work with it.

A. No. For one thing it uses PlayIdle exclusively. Tokens are not used to select animations and it should never interfere with other animation mods, nor hopefully they with it. Nor will it feature 'offensive' and 'defensive' sexual animations. Neither will animations automatically progress from slow->medium->fast->insane hamster. The plan is for high quality poses and animations that can be elegantly controlled. It should however be easy to implement/convert a LoversPK plugin to become an ASX plugin, as what you will need to do will be documented.

 

Q. So what plugins are planned.

A. Subject to change but in addition to ASXCore itself; ASXChains, ASXTorments, ASXDialog, ASXCompanion... ideas come to us. We may do an ASXDamarask for example. We had an idea for ASXChainbeasts.

 

Q. What Quests?

A. Yes, quests.

 

Q. What body types will be supported.

A. Anyone will be free to implement any body type they wish, but we are thinking of RobertsV5 for men, and TGND, HGEC (B,C,D,H1,H2 and DM) for women. BBB will be catered to where appropriate but not BB nor RHH. Other body styles we will leave to others.

 

Q. So will this just be animations?

A. No, it will also have support for RPG and Quest elements. Western Sounds will be included for males and females and additional skills provided.

 

Q. What will be the dependencies?

A. So far, OBSEv20+. AddActorValues. Universal Silent Voice. We may add others, such as Menuque, but want to keep it too a minimum. We'll have some recommendations that will run with it, such as SeeYouSleepDLL.

 

Q. So what's the actual goal here?

A. Adult scenarios. Sex, not mindless rapine. Kinky stuff, not little boy sniggers. Equal opportunities; interesting scenarios for men as well as woman. Dialog that doesn't make you squirm with embarrassment and that you'd actually want a partner to utter. Men and women; not silly boys spying on knickers and helpless girls squealing at monsters while adoring-fan look-alikes crouch like it makes them invisible.

 

Q. Will it be huge?

A. We hope not. We are eliminating redundancy wherever possible. For example, in ASXChains, Four poses share the same keyframe. They have different references and four different idleobjects though.

 

Q. What's an API?

A. Application Programmers Interface. In short, a set of functions that are simple to control that drive the mod in complex ways.

 

Q. So what are tokens used for in ASX?

A. Not with PickIdle, which you will never see used by ASX. Tokens are used to record permanent and transient states of NPCs, including the PC. For example, if an actor is visibly aroused, a token records this and appropriate body part swaps are enforced when appropriate. (e.g. a male will have a visible erection if they have no lower body covering). As another example, if the character increases their flirt skill beyond the base, a token records the 5% increment.

 

Q. So what's this about dialog? Voiced?

A. Dialog is intended to be 'lore-friendly'. That means no 21st century slang and some words not in current usage. So we'll have 'swive', an archaic word for sexual intercourse, along with 'fyck' or 'fycken' (only slightly made up, as the history for the word fuck goes back over 500 years and is full of plain disinformation.) and maybe 'pussie' and 'kunte' (old danish). Do a google search, it's fascinating, especially the totally bogus and contradictory origins for fuck as an acronym.

 

Dialog will not be voiced, hence USV. There will be sounds but they won't be squeaky!

 

Q. When will it be ready.

A. We honestly don't know, so please don't offer to playtest yet. It's best described as a very early, and non-playable unless you can script, pre-alpha. The authors have other projects and real lives. Work is really on-going however.

That's interesting.

but the truth is not clear why the authors refuse *anime material*, there are many fabulous and funny.

In general, this kind mods(sexual theme) is suffering from the dominance of brutality and excessive sexuality, or even stupidity.

 

I think there should be more humor (not stupid, that in many movies, but good), some activities of daily living (with animation) and of course high-quality animation.

So, do you plan to create mostly new animations from scratch for ASX, or salvage existing ones?

I´ve also thought about the possibility of using the basics of existing 3D hentai/anime. Perhaps it´s possible to convert these "files" into something we can use for Oblivion? Not the actual movie, but the raw animation files that were later used to create the movie, if you know what I mean. Yeah, just an idea, I have to little knowledge here to elaborate further, lol.

* There is nothing wrong with Anime, IF you like it. ASX is aimed firmly at people who just don't care for Anime in TES games.

 

* Again, the point is to have sexual situations that aren't just mindless rape and abuse with bad dialog.

 

* The animations will be a mixture of Custom designed ones and the high quality ones already on general release.
