Lately you probably might heard or not, that Andrzej Sapkowski creator of The Witcher universe. Demanded $16 million royalties from CDProject Red.

But where is problem actually? The problem is, that Sapkowski is an idiot that instead of agree before giving rights to make Witcher games take % from royalties... He wanted all money right now. Of course he have no chances to get $16 million royalties if he take royal action. Furthermore CDPR might take legal action against him, because yesterday when exchange opened CDPR lost 10% actions. Of course this is also concerned with new Gwent server open and some other reasons.

So the question is... Sapkowski is in deep shit? Yep he will be. He is no better than EA or Activision, for all he cares is money. he never believed that games will be succesfull, so it his own fault.
