Since we didn’t have executive board meeting in Monday (we had a day off) we had it is Tuesday. Financial report from Easter holidays was very positive. Lidija and her team for children and entertaining team did a great job. After the e.b. meeting boss asked my Prince and Ivy to stay for he has something to say to us. When he said: “My dear children, it’s time for me to retreat from the position of the Hotel manager. I talked to my wife, business partners, Mister “XXX” and some others and I have decided to go to full retirement after next summer season”, we were all in shock. We protested and rejected his decision. He listened to our objections, dissatisfaction and when we were done he smilingly said:

- It’s very nice of you wanting me to stay. I’m afraid, it’s not possible. First of all, there is very important reason for my earlier and unplanned withdrawal. I tell you all about it in Sunday on big family lunch. My wife and I will invite your parents …… Children, I wouldn’t let you “swim alone on open sea”. Eva, you still have to learn a lot about hotel management, but with the support and help of the executive board and the man who has been in Hotel business management more than 20 years in the States and mister “XXX’s” close friend and associate, you will be more than “equipped” for this position. After this summer season and your diploma promotion I will step down from the Hotel manager position, but I will stay in the management board as your counselor and helper before I fully retire next year. Mister “XXX’s” associate will arrive at the end of this summer season and he’ll be your first assistant. He’s coming on two years’ period and his job, besides helping you to run Hotel, will be bringing more American tourists and to represent the Hotel on business meetings. Both of us will help you to run the hotel business, but you will be in the charge and authorized to make decisions. When I fully withdraw, you will have to find another assistant. Who will be that person is entirely up to you. I will do business trips and our trip to Paris this May will be our last business trip together. After that, Mister “XXX’s” associate will travel with me. Who’s gonna be his companion on business trips in the future is up to you. I will always be available to you if you will need my help or advice.

Listening to his speech I couldn’t stop my tears. I cried heavily and I made various excuses why I’m not ready to be his replacement. He fatherly hugged me and comforted me saying that he has a full trust in me. Then he addressed to my Prince:

- As for you my son, I want you to stay in the position of second assistant and the member of executive board because you have a “nose” for business and plenty of ideas. You have restored the discipline and order in the Hotel and you are doing excellent job. Hotel needs you. You will keep doing jobs you have been doing and you will go with me and Eva, her future assistant and me on one-day business trips as our bodyguard. You will still have flexible working hours. But I strongly suggest to you to carefully pick the jobs for our business partners. I don’t want you to be absent from home to often and too much for your baby will need a father too.

(short silence)

Boss: Ivy ….. You will have paid maternity leave after the baby is born. I know how much you like to work with your husband and your job will wait for you. But ….. your baby is top priority. I don’t want you to neglect your mother’s “duty” due to your job obligations.

(short silence)

Boss: That is all in short, my children. The future of the Hotel is in your hands after my withdrawal. You are having excellent team and I have no doubt you will do a great job. I wanted to tell you this in advance so you’d have enough time to plan, reorganize and prepare. I will be here every day and help you with anything you need until I fully withdraw. I will publicly announce my withdrawal at the end of this summer season.

I said we will come. Honestly, I still think I’m not ready for this job, but I was very comforted that I wouldn’t run Hotel business alone. I would have help from the team that are my friends and family.

My Fran was very happy for me when I told him the news. I thanked him and I treated our friends with beverages in Prince’s office during the large break. Then I had open conversation with my luvs about my future assistant after boss’s withdrawal and expanding the executive board. We all agreed that Lidija and Nenad have to be a new members of the board. As for my new assistant my first choice was Fran, but my Prince made me change my mind. We talked a lot and long about Tina and Fran comparing their strength and weaknesses. Fran is excellent and loyal worker but he has more weakness than Tina. She is excellent in her job, much better in some area then me, more skillful in hotel business and she was always more respected than Fran. She is also more authoritative person then him. I was afraid that she might start to play her dirty games behind my back, but my Prince convinced me that she changed and since he is boss’s second assistant, he will keep his eye on her. I couldn’t disagree for I saw she changed on better since he reemployed her. There was only one problem: I was afraid that I will hurt Fran’s feeling when I tell him that I chose her before him. So, I invited my Fran to our house after the work and we talked. I explained to him why we think that Tina is better choice and on my surprise he smiled and said:

- Darling, I would lie if I’ll say I didn’t expect you to choose me as your assistant. But, you made right decision. Tina is more skilled and competent for that job then me. She would be much more helpful to you then me ….. Don’t worry…… You are still my best friend, my family, my princess and I love you the same as the first day you started to work in the Hotel. My friendship with you is more important that my ambition.

He made me cry and I hugged him and kiss him on the cheek thanking him for understanding. He was very happy when I told him that he will travel on business meeting with Tina when boss retires completely and when my American assistant returns to the States. Thank god, my conversation with Fran went better than I expected.

Yesterday, after the briefing with his team, my Prince invited me, Fran, Lidija Nenad and Tina into his office. We had a meeting. He informed Lidija, Nenad and Tina about our decisions. He said that after this summer season Lidija and Nenad will become the members of executive board. They were very happy to hear it, but when Tina heard the news about her carrier, she screamed in joy and she firmly hugged me and my Prince thanking us for having trust in her and promising that she’ll be completely obedient to us. My Prince said to all of them:

- I would highly recommend to all of you to prepare for new positions and improve your skills and reputation in the Hotel. This period, the summer season will be the probation period for all of you. I expect you to fulfill our expectations… Now, you know me and I know you. You know I always keep my word. This is not the threat, but warning: If any of you will try to play dirty behind Eva’s back, sabotage her work and trying to destroy her carrier using lies, tricks and deceives, I swear, I will fuck up your carriers so much that you will be “nobody” in this city and will have no future. You know I have a people and resources to do it. If you will be dissatisfied with Eva’s work or if you think she is doing something wrong, you will have to talk to her directly and have valid arguments. The same rule worth for your e.b. colleagues. You are forbidden to play games against each other and try to destroy each other carriers. If you have issues, conflict; if you are dissatisfied with the work of your e.b. colleague, you will discuss it on e.b. meetings or come to me. You are not allowed to gossip and talk against your e.b. colleague to Hotel workers. I will severely punish such actions. Also, if you need a help or have problems in your area of work, talk to me and I give you my word I’ll do everything I can to help you. When the time comes, you will receive the rules in written form and you will sign them. Breaking those rules will apply immediate dismissal. I assure you: You don’t want to break them. Your future depends on them. I will keep my eye on each of you. Thank you for your attention.

My Ivy and I listened to his speech as he was standing in the middle and talked to them. He wasn’t’ only incredibly handsome, but he spoke with full authority and you could almost sense or feel the power of his words the flew from the bottom of his heart. We all knew he meant all he said. Ivy and become very horny. When they left his office, we locked the door and we fucked him good.

I spent most of my time in studying at the work and our home for tomorrow’s exam. My Prince contacted Antonio and talked to him about temporary replacement for Ivy when she goes on maternity leave.  He doesn’t want to have a male who has no problem being aggressive and using force on women. He requested him to find women, skilled in martial arts and who is obedient to the boss. Antonio said that he has no one at the moment but he’ll surely find one before Ivy goes on maternity leave. My luvs had few security jobs for our business partners and they talked with our workers and chief departments who didn’t respect Fran. He disciplined them and financially punished them for disrespectful behaving. They also did interviews with new members of the entertaining team for mister Valter and they selected 4 of them whom they will start to train one hour every day. In our private life all was normal. Our morning and evening routine wasn’t skipped and passed without incident.
