The tentacled Pannotians, well known for their quirky sense of humor, complete lack of a sense of personal space, and a sex drive that could best be described as ambitious, also had a territorial streak. Needless to say, terran tourists are well advised not to go fishing on a planet that, nevertheless, seems destined to be any fisherman's dream. Violence is rare, but more often a fisherman that ends up being a catch of the Pannotians will have to endure the locals idea of a joke that popped up after they heard of the terran "catch and release" phrase common to our anglers. At the least, their intentions might be appreciated and are generally harmless. (Outside of the occasional dehydration as a result of some isolated "chain-catchers" - really, nothing to worry about.
