Juna and Renne's skirts do not flip up while moving. This seems to be a specification, as I could not change it by modifying them as I did with the other characters. Their skirts flip up when they are stopped in a place where the wind is blowing. Yes, I'll upload the files for Trails of Cold Steel 3 and 4 later as well.
