Fresh Install, Consistant Crashes

New Skyrim install, less mods than usual, tried to have less script mods for a more stable game. However, I get the same problem which I often get where about 30 seconds after loading a save, the game crashes. Last time I fixed this by disabling immersive armors, but this time that doesn't fix it. Here is load order.
