I tried to find something like this but no luck so i started working on female falmer textures at the moment. But the meshes that i use from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51560/? don't have nipple mesh.

I contacted AnTiWoMaAgNoT from the mod Better Shaped Female Creatures and he gave me the meshes with nipples. I am going to edit the textures a bit and upload it soon.

By default, the female falmer wears some armour around the neck that covers the breast a bit. I personaly like that more then the complete nude version. I'll upload different versions.
