Simple Slavery MCM has all the supported mods toggleable just turn on the ones you want it to use (If its not installed it will be greyed out unselectable)

Kinda sounds like infinite bleedout, assuming you are using the latest version of DA:YMOYL do you have the v6.1.8 hotfix? Description: Hotfix for the infinite bleedout issue. Simply overwrite v6.1.8 instance of this script in your folder and continue playing.
