Short answer: Not worth the time. 

Trust me, it's way to hard than it looks, because hkx files need to be targeted to a skeleton before exporting, get a keyframe file and only then you can import the skeleton applying the keyframe file. I don't recommened using Blender, 3ds max has a wonderful import addon, a lot easier and more intuitive.
