and, do you have custom restaurant lot? cooking station error..

try sell and re-buy cooking station, and make sure there are path to it (sometimes in custom lot, cooking station were put using moo cheat)

I am not sure what's happening to my careers but one of my sims is in the Scientist Career and she wont actually GO to work when I send her alone it will say shes at work but she will still be on the lot and still be playable. And when I try to go with her to work none of the work events show up and shes in her normal clothes

if in vanilla game (game without mod), your sims go to work, but with mod your sims not go to work,

then yes, its because a mod made it broke.

unfortunately, i didnt know what mod that make it broke

I have not been able to get Marlynsims Gold Digger Aspiration to produce the error Refnames: 16651 and 16650, even though they are in the xml code.

But as WhoviSherNinTaku had the exceptions for these and on removing Gold Digger Aspiration they are gone, it's safe to say that Gold Digger is the cause as you said.

 

A side note, I have found another trait that produces Refname: 16650, KawaiiStacies Baller Trait.

You really are unlucky with your choice of mods huh ;)

 

Do you have a mod for altering school attendance schedules? it's been reported that a School tuning mod is causing this exception and game freezing/crashing, but the mod hasn't been named yet.

Looks like SkillfulSimmer340 Extra trait is the cause of this, how it effects careers I don't know.

 

Remove and I'll be waiting for your next LE, so don't take too long :smile:

Ok not that one then, Neia's official statement is all career mods are working correctly since the new update. So all I can say is remove any career mods you have apart from Neia's (put Biology Career back) and see if theres an LE.
