PapyrusUtil version 3.3 error

I have a bug of the old version, but all the versions that I have absolutely the latest.

( I have several times copied the necessary files of necessary mods and extensions , all the files are in the correct folders. ) - Before the update, everything worked correctly

Ok, I decided it, oddly, but the system loaded the non-dll plugin without the extension dll - the old plugin.

 

It had to be physically archived or removed. This is odd.
