Enemies spawns after fast travel

Hi,

 

i have the problem that almost every time when i use fast travel or when i enter a city enemies spawns around me, vampires, werewolves, thieves, gargoyles, dragon. Sometimes close to PC sometimes a bit away, the Problem is that the enemies are mostly stronger than the other NPC around therefore many Quest NPCs are dieing before i can kill the attackers.

 

It happens also if i use "Alternate Start" mods, directly after start(after "sleepping" cell bed) enemies are around my PC with level 1 i have no chance .

 

Does it exist a mod or an option which prevents in generally enemy spawning after fast travel, city entering? Because in some situations in combination with bound PC it's terrible.

 

Or has someone an idea how to prevent at least the "alternate Start" problem?

Put a bandaid on the problem: No more red shirts https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23614/ It is a bat file you put in your skyrim folder (One with tesv.exe) and when you start your game open the console and type: bat essential and press enter, exit the console and save. Now all quest givers are essential and it is baked into your save so when their health falls to 0 they simply get on a knee and stumble about until combat ends. But sometimes you have a mod where you have to kill a character that the console command makes immortal (IE, Amorous Adventures) and thats where the mod The manipulator (https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2811-the-manipulator/) is perfect as you simply put your crosshair on the target, open the mods MCM, click on 'people' and now you can freely make the target mortal, protected, essential, etc. But one stone for two birds is also perfect here because under the hacks section in the same menu you can also disable a few spawns like vampire city spawns. 

 

So the first suggestion is a Bat file so saves you a plugin spot, and the second is like a few dozen mods in one. No losing here.

I turned off vampire attacks in cities, since they just bork the game and I get bored enough with the poor combat of skyrim anyway. I've never had dragons attack in a city, not sure why but have never seen that in skyrim in all the years of playing, only had the vampires and the thieves.

This will disable vampires attacking cities from dawnguard but if you have other things attacking you need to post a load order or go back through the mods you installed to find out what is doing it.  The thieves are part of the game, so for them you probably want a mod to make npcs essential.

 

What I did was just make all unique npcs protected so the player can still kill them if need be but they won't die from bad game design, ie random bear chasing a bunny ends up killing half the people in riverwood because bear is level 50 and town guards are set to help nobody since all they do is arrest you for accidently picking up a stupid bowl off the counter....wtf were you thinking about bethesda?
