[Request] Can someone make a humanoid Argonian

I've asked on the page for the person to make a playable character of this but on to the actual question. Can someone make an argonian race with a human like face. I'm thinking reptilian eyes but scales and maybe argonian horns.With a body like this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/184

Or can someone take the face from the Demetera follower so I can use it as a preset on the modded argonian body?

 

Or does this exist somewhere?
