Did you sort with LOOT?  What mod manager are you using?  LOOT can tell you what is wrong, as can Wyre Bash.  I like Mod Organizer personally, do you use a mod manager?

I use mod organizer to sort my mods and run the game, when i run FNIS it tells me i have one warning but im not sure how to check that, should i still use LOOT even with MO?
