Overview

You are playing as Bethany (which is a direct hint on the Daz3D model, by the way), the mother of Charlie and Eva. Charlie and Eva were pretty close, too close for Beth and Alex, who Beth is married to. So they send Charlie to California, to live with Beth‘s brother Leo. After one year he returns, and the story starts there.

To say it with Beth‘s words: „I thought, if he lives with my brother for a few months, everything will be alright and their feelings would settle. Yeah right... Let's just say they did in a way.“

 

The story of the game is told mostly in the present, with occasional flashbacks to the past. And dreams, that Beth has during the night!

What am I planning:

 

Well, the script for the game is finished, because it will be based on a story I wrote, years ago. There will be some influences from other stories or games, but the base is said Story.

Beth will discover, that Charlie‘s and Eva‘s relationship is growing beyond the one of brother and sister once more.

Depending on your choices, they grow apart, or get closer to one another. You can even „ruin“ your marriage, with your obsession, to keep them apart, or you will get closer to them. You will have the chance to choose, which of the two you like more and pursue something with them.

If you do it right you can get Alex to join in, or search for pleasure somewhere else.

Then there is the small matter of Beth‘s job. The basis is, that she is a cop, which can be a crutial part to the story of the game, but here is where you guys come in. Should I put this into the game or not, it‘s not necessary, but then there will be more content, sexual or not. It would be more work and I would have to rewrite the base story, to get some of the elements in.

 

 

Gameplay:

The game plays almost like any other Renpy game. With the exception of flashbacks and dreams, which are shown by occasional splashscreens.
During these scenes, you will get an idea, why Charlie was sent to California, or why Beth left her husband and started a relationship with Alex.

As I mentioned above, you can decide how the story unfolds. That means, you will be able decide if Charlie and Eva get closer, so you will decide, if there is incest content in the game.

the first thing that drew my attention was a couple of the ladies not having what might be seen as a "traditional" figure, they seem to be a bit larger in the screenshots, which I feel isn't represented much if at all in games like this. Looking forward to giving the current build a spin when I get some free time!

Yes, that's exactly what I wanted to do. I don't like that in almost every game, the women are perfect, the are slim, have huge boobs and look nothing like most real women.

Looks like a lesbian game? Not my fetish but I will try to be fair in my opinions.

 

• I like that first image of Bethany. It shows that you are creating more than just a mannequin, but your images are staged to give the appearance of life. Her smirk is very telling.
• I feel like the story is strong from the opening moments. There seems to be a point creating background so we know how the characters feel. I'm impressed.
• This  the son calling every day thing feels a little forced to create anger/disappointment. Don't try SOO hard.
• Bethany is thick... Seriously good job with her. She looks like a mom. Normally people copy paste their dream image of a women and paste it to every female character which is total trash. She is sexy too!
• Good job at having a sex scene to hook an audience. My recommendation is now that you have that start slow on the sex stuff. Sayung that you did a good job on the scene, you had plenty of images. Many people skimp out on that.
• Looks like Alex more a normal sized women, not as thick but not exactly skinny either. Feels appropriate for someone her age. + points
• Hard to say about Eva, she looks young and I think skinny. I like the fact that every women seems to have a different shape. +points
• Demo is pretty short, though i know you must have put a ton of work into it.

You have a fine product here. There is plenty of detail here, not just the images but the story too. While the incest with the son bores me, at least it looks like you are handling it in a realistic manor. I am curious to see more.

 

I'm normally much more negative about these games, but there isn't much to complain about. Keep up the good work.

One thing I noticed after actually playing that doesn't really come across in the preview images, the game refers to the redhead with Alex as "bethany" as well as the other character named "bethany", was the scene with Alex just a placeholder until you decide which model you want to use on a more permanent basis? I thought maybe she was meant to be wearing a wig, but the redhead is also MUCH paler than the other character referenced as "bethany".

Looks alright but there are wrong pictures that are being used in a few spots. When you start the game and t shows that mother sitting there telling the story later when it switches to the son on the couch with the mother the person on the couch is actually Alex and not the mother later on if you pick the mess with him when the mother gets to the bedroom door once again the picture changes from the mother to Alex in both instances Alex pictures had Bethany's name. Alex's hair in the screenshots are a darker brown/red but when she appears for the first time when she greets Bethany her hair doesn't have the same color as those other screenshots and neither do the ones where they are talking in bed but then later on when they start making love the hair is red again. To me it looks like you used 2 different models in those areas neither one looks the same.

 

I also have one question. I figure that suspicion stat that Alex has if it gets too high something bad might happen but what does her desperation do?

This is the most intriguing and stunning game in my life. I played lastest version from patreon.. guys, we all should run and support author with money. Because i cant wait this game will be completed! BEST GAME EVER.

After a long time, I finally updated the thread here. The download in the OP links to my itch.io page for the game, you're going to be able to download a free version there, that contains all the updates that were made in version 0.1. The only difference between the free and the paid version of the game is that the latter also includes a second storyline.
