I wish this one was only mouth cover instead of full head! all the mentioned links are full head covers, im looking for only mouth cover veil! like arabic dancers...

There's a mod called Lady Mask around that includes masks and masked veils.

 

Somebody here in LL shared a version he had made that also includes veils without the mask, unfortunately I don't remember who that kind soul was. But here's the mod.

That would be me, actually! XD!

 

I was the one who literally made the changes in nifskope and added the veils in the CK.

 

That was back in the day, of course.
