Walk away mid animation

For some reason characters have started walking away mid animation. When I advance a scene sometimes one of the characters, usually the npc, will leave the animation and just stand there saying something like "yes yes, I haven't got all day"

I get enough of people being bored of sex in real life, so I'd like to fix it here. Has anyone encountered this before or have any idea how to fix it?

 

Also, I can't seem to turn off the lip sync option. I have it untagged, but characters still open and close their mouths when a voiceline is played and I'd like to turn it off because it looks pretty horrible. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
