What you have done thus far looks very promising (the texture detail on the lace is quite lovely).

 

If there's a pure black lace version on the boards; I'm already sold on this puppy.

This is the first lingerie type mod I've seen that looks this good. Very nice. Also you managed to make a character with a shaved head and still looks hot. I love sexy bald women, yet very few can pull it off.

Any particular reason? Something a volunteer might be able to help with, or external matters?

The main reason is that there is a shortage of scripters and they jealously guard their scripts. The learning curve in Papyrus is well, ridiculous. I may as well be learning c+ all over again. So it's going to take me a long time to get everything ready.

 

The second reason is slowdown caused by the many bugs with the CK. (Bethesda keeps causing new bugs to appear with each patch.) So, it will just take a while.

 

I originally thought this would be a one to two month project but I suspect it will be more like a three to four month project. And that's before incorporating animations and any advanced features in the brothel.

The armor is not available to the general public yet. In the beta stage I will make the armor available exclusively on lovers lab. I am probably two months from beta.

Any chance you can get this for multiple bodies? Like "Lady Bod" from Krista? That body is 100% amazing, but there aren't many modders making armor for her body, besides her.

Wow this looks amazing! I use Art of Magicka and really hope you do this for UNP also like AoM. I would love to help you out with the scripting (Author of Jesi and Kelsey for FO3) but I'm busy with my own projects at the moment but I really cant wait to try this out.

It will be available for UNP and UNPB. Both versions will support BBP.
