Missing texture

Hi everypony

I have a problem with my body in Skyrim. When I put a belt it does not display. Skyrim say that it’s in place but I have nothing on my character. When I put shoes, harness, restrictive gears or gloves I have nothing or some missing textures.

I think it’s because the mod I use is not made for it but I doubt that’s the main reason.

If you have not done so then run bodyslide and build the dcu items using your body and your pre-set, if you do so do not forget to tick the build morphs option as well.  Make sure to hold the alt key down and while holding it down click the batch build button, if there are no duplicate items it should then ask you to choose where you want to build them to, pick any where that does not have a mesh directory in it, your desktop will work fine, just make sure it has plenty of empty space, last thing you want to do is stop building because you run out of room.

 

After it is finished go to where you built the files and zip the mesh directory there up, install that as a mod, using which ever mod manager you are using.  That should sort the problem out, if it does not then there may well be something else going on, but as it is only dcu from what you are saying that should be the answer.

 

Another thing I noticed is that you have quick loot on your list, if you read the dcu main page you will see that it is incompatible with dcu, or at least it was the last time I looked.

Huh i don't understand anything. Do you have a good tuto with pictures ?

And what is DCU? Devious Capture?

DCU is probably ment to be DCUR (Deviously Cursed Loot) which is incompatible with Quick Loot according to its main page.

 

for Bodyslide this page should be a decent starting point ( http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25180-unofficial-bodyslide-2outfit-studio-tutorials/ ) if you have never used it before.

Hmm, from what you are saying it seems that you installed the cbbe version of bodyslide, it should when you install it ask if you want cbbe or uunp, in your case for the unp body you would want the uunp install, then make sure that all the bodyslide files you have are for the uunp.

 

DCU should have been DCL for devious cursed loot, though I just had another though which version of devious devices, devious device assets, and devious devices intergration are you using, as the newest versions also require you to build them in bodyslide.

 

And no there is not guide, that was simply the way I build stuff in bodyslide, I suppose at some point I should do a picture and text guide to it as I have posted it on 3-4 other threads when people had the same problem and for most of them it sorted it, as sometime using the group filter files are missing from the build, where as if you manually check each tick box you can be sure you have them all, and if there are duplicates of one item bodyslide will now ask you which one you want to build.
