I just saved martin and i took him back to the temple but as soon as he's about to start his speach the game crashes, no idea whats causeing this but maybe its a mod or something so if anyone has any suggestions on mods that might do this tell me and ill check if i have it

Well, post your load order so people can see what mods you have. We would have no idea of how to troubleshoot it otherwise.

Couple of things:

 

1. Go back to the link I sent you earlier and click on the spoiler to look at a load order that will work for lovers. The one you have will not work.

 

2. Get rid of all your duplicates:

A. LoversAdultPlayPlus.esp <----disable this one

LoversAdultPlayPlusforSSP.esp <---- keep this one.

 

B. LoversTrueCrime.esp <---pick one or the other...not both

LoversTrueCrimeEx.esp <---pick one or the other...not both

 

C. JM's Bar Fights mortal.esp

JM's Bar Fights.esp <---pretty sure you were supposed to only use one or the other. Check the readme.txt

 

3. ZMCPlayerSlave.esp <---this is something you play through and then disable. It should not be part of your regular load order.

BOSS is good for most mods but suck $%#^@& at organizing lovers. Just follow the load order in the spoiler at that link and start a new game to test things. If a new game works fine then you can try to clean your existing saved game to see if you can salvage it.
